Dehydrated Onion Minced
The dehydrated onion minced is a processed form of the dry onion flakes, which are primarily manufactured from the fresh onion to persist the onion flavor for a longer time. Since old age, the fresh onion has taken place in our foods due to its distinct aromatic flavor and medicinal benefits in human life. The onion minced is widely added as an ingredient in various vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes to add the pungent aromatic flavor of onion.
The dried onion minced is produced from the dried onion flakes. Firstly, in this procedure, the plant roots and outer skins from the onion flakes are removed by the sorting process, which improves the quality of the final product. Thereafter, it is processed further through a cutting machine to segregate into smaller pieces. Lastly, it is passed through the Vibro forming table, having 1x 3 mm size. These fine 1 to 3 mm dried onion particles are also known as the Dried Onion Minced.
There are mainly three types of onion minced suppiled by Dudhat Export. These are based on the color of the raw onion flakes, such as the White Onion Minced, Red Onion Minced, and Pink Onion minced. Out of these. the dehydrated white onion minced is highly demanded by the European countries and Russia. Several clients also order the red and pink varieties of dried minced as a cheaper option.
